These general conditions of sale are agreed between Admirável Rotina Lda., with Portuguese tax identification number PT 516 045 644, hereinafter referred to as the "flamekiss.com", and the persons wishing to make purchases through the website www.flamekiss.com, hereinafter referred to as the "User".
The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.flamekiss.com shall be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
1. These general conditions of sale define and provide the User with all necessary information on how to order, purchase, pay for, and receive deliveries of purchases made on www.flamekiss.com.

1. The User places an order by completing the purchase process presented on www.flamekiss.com, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart.
2. To submit an order, the User must:
a) Register on www.flamekiss.com, providing the requested information;
b) Log in (providing an email and password combination chosen at registration);
c) Complete the information and choose the options made available during checkout (delivery and
billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the tax number and name to appear on
the invoice for tax purposes).
3. Final confirmation of the order by the User constitutes full acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as of these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the concluded contract.
4. The flamekiss.com will honor online orders only up to the limit of available stock. If a product is unavailable, the flamekiss.com undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
5. The data shown on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
6. Order requests are valid for 30 days, except for orders placed under a promotional campaign that sets a different period. Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond that period. If payment is not received within this period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.
1. On www.flamekiss.com, the COMPANY offers the following payment methods via Easypay – Instituição
de Pagamento Lda:
a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) MBWAY;
2. For credit card payments, the User’s card will be charged immediately after confirmation of the shipment. If any ordered products are out of stock, their amount will be credited to the User’s card after the order is closed.
1. Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 20 business days after ordering. Delivery is carried out by CTT.
2. Shipping costs will be added to the order.
1. Prices are in Euros, inclusive of taxes, considering the VAT rate in force on the date of payment.
2. If a product price increases, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive the order (by paying the difference) or to cancel it.
1. The cancellation/return process is handled case-by-case by the COMPANY. Requests must be sent in writing to contact@FlameKiss.com within 30 days of the order. Return/cancellation instructions will be sent by the COMPANY via the same communication channel.
2. Wherever possible, refunds will be processed via the same payment method. If this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and account/card ownership so that a bank transfer refund can be made.
3. The COMPANY undertakes to refund the User within a maximum of 60 days.
4. Returned products must be in saleable condition, i.e., in the same state in which they were received by the User, without any anomaly or damage.
5. If the value resulting from an exchange is lower or higher than the initial order, the adjustment conditions will be indicated by the COMPANY.
Our Privacy Policy concerns the personal data that FlameKiss collects and processes. We control how your personal data are collected and the purposes for which they are used. We are the data controller for the purposes of European and national legislation.

When we say "personal data", we mean information that relates to you and allows us to identify you, either directly or together with other information we may hold (e.g., your name, contact details, civil and tax identification numbers, or other data needed for the purposes of collection).
